FETTUCCINE IN MUSHROOM AND BACON SAUCE

Serves 4
Total cooking and preparation time 25 minutes

1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 rashers rindless bacon, sliced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 x 440 g can Campbellís Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup water
375 g fettuccine
Grated parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley
Heat oil in medium saucepan and cook onion, garlic, bacon and mushrooms until tender. Add soup and water. In the meantime, cook fettuccine following instructions on the packet, drain and serve.

Simmer 5 minutes.

Pour soup mixture over cooked fettuccine and serve sprinkled with cheese and parsley.
